Communicate with your pool using Activ

You can use the group messaging service 'Activ Mobs' to let your pool know:

When you'd like a slight change in timngs - "Can we start 15 minutes early tomorrow?"

When you wouldn't be coming - "Guys, I'm on leave tomorrow so carry on without me"

Anything else you can think of!

Here is how you can create and start using a mob for your pool in three simple steps by sending the following three messages to 9844622848 - just change all the names and numbers to suit:
name yourname
mob pool
add pool john 9845000001 meena 9845000002

Here is what these three messages do:

(1)Create a nickname for yourself using name. All messages sent by you will be prefixed with this name.
eg. name vipul
[command] [your name]

(2)To create a mob for your car pool, sms the word mob followed by the name you want for your mob to 988622848. Select a name which is short and easy to type.
eg. mob pool
[command] [mob name]

(3)You can add people to you car-pool mob by sending the add instruction followed by the mob name and their names and phone numbers to 988622848. If you have several people to add and the message length is greater than 150 characters, you'll need to send multiple add commands.
eg. add pool john 9845000001 meena 9845000002
[command] [mob name] [name] [number] [name] [number]

You are now ready to start using your mob. Just send your message to 9844622848 and prefix it with the mob name.
eg. pool Let's start at 8 tomorrow
[mob name] [message]

The example above would send the message vipul(pool): Let's start at 8 to all members of your mob 'pool'

Note that the syntax of the messages is italicized and placed below the examples to improve clarity; you do not need to type these as part of your message. Please also keep in mind that messages have a limit of 150 characters.
